Beach Villa is situated in Lance-Aux-Epines in the south of the island, this is one of the most prestigious areas in the Caribbean. Close by are top quality restaurants and just a couple of minutes down the beach is the world famous Calabash Hotel and The Gary Rhodes Restaurant.

The Villa comes fully equipped and furnished to the highest standard and is one of the very few properties that is genuinely 'beach side'. Your gateway to the beach is just 80 yards from the balcony. The gardens are completely gated and include a lovely swimming pool for the use of our guests.

Help and advice is at hand with Peter and Ann being resident in the main house.

It takes around 5 minutes to drive to the nearest large supermarket (Spiceisland Mall) and 15 minutes to the historic capital city of St. George's.
